Cancellation policy

Our purchase options cancellation policy allows customers to cancel or modify their order within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled. If you wish to request a cancellation, you must contact Main Thing as soon as possible with your order details. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Refund Policy for returns.
