Refund policy
Our refund policy allows customers to return items within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached, along with proof of purchase. Final sale items, gift cards, and any items that are worn or damaged (not due to our error) are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status, and approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was defective or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Main Thing at mainthingclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or exchange.
